On Boarding: Made sure Position Requisition Forms were approved and signed by upper management; create job Offer Letter for new candidates, responsible for new hire process: Send candidates for drug screen, request background checks and MVR reports, received and reported results to hiring Managers. Order laptops, cell phones, GPS, cameras, monitors, key boards and mouse for new hires that will need materials, arranged for fitting of climb gear, new hires signed for (PPE). Request advance per diems, responsible for completion of new hire documents/ safety and health training, upload safety training and certs onto safety drive, created tracker for all new hires. Site walks with GC to bid on drivers; scope and order build of materials (BOMs) with FCD’s and RFDS. Forecast materials orders, RTS sites, coordinate with Foreman work schedule for contractors. Coordinate MOPs, site access to specification of client, pick up building permits, meet with landlords and inspectors. Complete 502, CNTP, OOM and BOMs, create PO’s and WA’s for AT&T, Verizon and Clear wire. Complete Closeout Packets, attend daily Construction meetings.
